Horseradish, what a concept!
The photo below shows a freshly harvested bunch waiting to get washed off and processed. It was pungent and sweet and crunchy and rip-roarin’ fabulous.
We took the crowns and replanted them, again, the biggest in a 15-gallon pot and sunk it in the ground, the rest as sattelites (to attract gophers, no doubt, which is what happened to the original horseradish, as well as the asparagus patch — rat-bastards!
It is so good.
